The data will be collected and processed in accordance with Recommendation No. 2/2001, adopted on May 17, 2001 by the European Data Protection Authorities in order to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online in the European Union and also represents information in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 – Code on the Protection of Personal Data and Article 13 of the GDPR EU/2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation.

PLACE OF PROCESSING

The data are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller. In accordance with the provisions of Article 43 et seq. of Legislative Decree 196/2003, any processing outside the countries of the European Union requires the express consent of the data subject.

PURPOSES AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal Data and Browsing Data collected automatically by the site or entered voluntarily by the User or Interested Party are collected for the purposes and by means of the methods set out below. The data will be processed by means of instruments and in ways designed to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, and in accordance with current regulations. The Data, both mandatory and voluntary, provided by Users, will be used by On Beauty exclusively for the purposes set out below:

to respond to specific information requests from the User;
to allow the defense, by the owner of the site, in court or in the preparatory stages of its possible establishment, from abuses in the use of the same or related services by the User;
evaluation and improvement of technical performance of the site and improvement of the browsing experience for the User.
When necessary under Legislative Decree 196/2003, On Beauty requires the consent of the user or interested party before proceeding to the processing of personal data.

The data collected are kept for a maximum period of 10 years.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Data provided obligatorily by the User

The computer systems and procedures used to operate the Centro Estetico Automatico website collect, in the course of their operation, certain personal data relating to its users. These are data of personal useful for the technical use of the site and to allow the user to take advantage of the services offered, and therefore their provision is not optional, but mandatory.

This is information that allows the identification of the User or interested party. This category of data includes first name, last name, e-mail and tax code. These data are used only for the purposes indicated in the previous points, and for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User. The User has the right to request their removal at any time for legitimate reasons. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USER

The provision of sensitive Personal Data is optional and voluntary and requires the explicit consent of the User. In the event that the User uses the site to publish or share in any way personal data of third parties, he/she assumes all responsibility. The owner is relieved of any responsibility for their instrumental treatment resulting from the communication or dissemination.

Both in the case of data provided compulsorily and in the case of data provided optionally, Centro Estetico Automatico undertakes to guard and control the same in such a way as to minimize, by means of appropriate security measures, the risks of destruction or loss, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not conform to the purposes for which they were collected.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

In order to exercise the rights established by Article 13 paragraph 2 of the GDPR EU/2016/679 (access to personal data, rectification or deletion of the data provided, the restriction of the processing that concerns the user, opposition to the processing, right to data portability, right to complain to a supervisory authority), the user or interested party may contact the data controller directly, at the address previously indicated.
